Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices on the Thai Mart Australia website 'www.thaimartaustralia.com.au' include GST in Australian Dollars (AUD) on each item that is required to have GST added. At this time international orders or orders in foreign currency are not accepted. All orders must be paid for in full before pickup or dispatch. Goods will not be dispatched until payment in full has cleared into our account.

Refund Policy

Please choose products carefully. You don't automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind. You are entitled to receive refund, exchange or credit if products you've bought are:

  • faulty;
  • significantly different to those shown or described to you;
  • not doing what they're supposed to do.

Please contact us as soon as possible and keep your receipt/tax invoice as proof of purchase. Items are checked before dispatch and shipped in a GOOD condition. See the delivery section below for more details.

Please note if you supply an incorrect address and the products are returned to us by Australia Post/Courier, you will only be entitled to a refund of the product amount. The shipping cost will NOT be refunded.

Cancellations

Cancellation is only accepted by Thai Mart Australia before the delivery arrangement is made. Please contact us as soon as possible. An administration fee of $10.00 will apply. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is not paid for, or is returned due to an incorrect delivery address.

Delivery and Pick Up Terms

Australia Post Deliveries

Delivery time depends on your area. Please allow 1 - 7 working days for delivery. Perth metro deliveries will generally have a shorter delivery time. Deliveries to North WA, Darwin and surrounds, and North QLD will take the longest and be more expensive to deliver.

 

We will ensure all items delivered are sent in GOOD condition. We do not ship items with damage. All items will be packed with care – glass jars or bottles will be wrapped with bubble wrap to protect them from breakage and will also be tightly cushioned to prevent them from moving. When goods are shipped, we will not be held responsible for any damages that occur due to transportation. 

 

If you are not available when the goods are delivered, Australia Post will leave a parcel pickup note in your mailbox to notify that you can pick up your parcel at your Australia Post outlet.

 

In Store Pickup

To make your shopping experience even easier, you can arrange to pick up your products in store. Simply choose the In Store Pickup option and we will get to work assembling your order so all you have to do is come and collect it.
