1 or 2     birds eye chillis, finely sliced (remove the seeds to reduce the heat if you need to)

¼ cup    fish sauce

 

Method

Place sliced birds eye chillis in a small bowl. Cover with ¼ cup fish sauce and serve.

This can be kept in the refrigerator for up to a week, where it can then be used with curry recipes in place of fish sauce for a spicy result.
